When started my final website design I originally used a copy of the Grey box prototype. I began by filling the homepage of the website with pictures I had previously created for the digital tools website mock-up.
It didn’t take long to realize that some alterations would have to be made to correct the distortion of the pictures.
Because we had not yet learned responsive web design, I decide to create a new website document that used a fixed 960px grid (similar to the photoshop mock-up).
With the grid in place, all elements could be properly spaced and no stretching of pictures would occur.
